Waseem Saddique - Housetech Construction

Waseem Saddique is the founder and current acting CEO for Housetech Developments.

After a series of business ventures, Waseem Saddique began investing money into the international property market setting up Housetech Developments in 2005. Waseem saw that prices were booming and Brazil was a hotspot.

Waseem's first project was a luxury project close to one of the best beaches in the world. Most recently Housetech has expanded into affordable homes to help overcome the housing shortage for the middle class sector.

As the CEO for Housetech developments, Waseem Saddique establishes and directs the vision and mission of the team. Waseem is the source of visionary strength of Housetech Developments and keeps the company on an upward track.

In his role Waseem is responsible for directing the operational activities of the company by scheduling the utilisation of the company's resources. He is also responsible for establishing and executing the company's operating plan that is necessary to achieve the company's objectives. Waseem ensures that the right people are placed in the right job assignments, and that people get further training to do their jobs if necessary.
